I can’t pick up my delivery, what can be done?

Hi,

I ordered a replacement for my right AirPod pro. I had to urgently leave the country for personal reasons and there’s no one who can pick it up in Toronto, Canada. The package has already been sent back by FedEx I believe since no one picked it up. Can I get the package sent to Croatia from North America? If not, can I at least get a refund so that I can order it from Croatia? I can send you all the info needed including the tracking number, address in Canada, Croatia and any other thing necessary.
