What can i delete in Library\Containers\ ?

Or what should I be looking for in that folder. Currently that folder is over 380Gb and growing. I've scanned for virus and malware. Optimized Storage, empty trash automatically, and Reduced clutter aka large files, Downloads, unsupported apps and Containers clean.

Mac mini (2018) running macOS Big Sur v 11.1 16Gb and 500Gb SSD

Iv'e watched my Other grow to over 380Gb

Currently

Applications 9.59Gb

Documents 13.3 Gb

iCloud 1.08Gb

Mail 4.29Gb

Messages 227.8Mb

Music 26.64Gb

System 15.05 Gb

Other 382.77 Gb

My MacBook Pro is no where near this in other.
