how to make all photos be saved on the device (without have to download the photo from icloud evety time)?

all my photos were on icloud (i had 64 GB)

now i bought the new iPhone 256GB and now i want all the photos to be saved on the device.

how do i do it?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

If you don't want the photos saved in iCloud any longer, disable iCloud photos to have the photos saved directly on your device - Get help with iCloud Photos - Apple Support.
