I have a IMAC late 2009 model and am running MAC OS Sierra 10.12.6
My printer died and I just bought a new HP Office Jet Pro 9018 All in One Series printer.
Installing issue: Says I need OS 10.13 or higher. How do I get OS 10.13 from the app store or can I download this elsewhere? Help!

If when trying to install Mojave from that link you see this message:
This copy of the Install macOS Mojave.app application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS.
that only means the installer has encountered an older, outdated installer version in your Applications folder. If you delete that version the install will proceed.
