Unable to bookmark websites in Safari
When I try to bookmark, I receive the following message: You can’t change your bookmarks right now because they are being synchronized. Wait a few minutes, and then try again.

As a test, in Sys Prefs>iCloud, uncheck safari & restart.
I can't remember in Big Sur it may have been moved to Sys Prefs>Internet Accounts.

Appreciate your response, however the problem is on my MacBook Air.
