Can I delete Geo Services from Library/Cache?

I'm running out of space on my MacBook and most (40%) of my disk space is locked up in "Other". What folders are safe to delete?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Your "user" Library is ~/Library

Hold the Option key if you do not see Finder>Go>Library


Your Home folder is where you have access to your files

Cache file allow your computer to run more efficiently and typically are not that large.
