3 Apple Thunderbolt Displays with M1 Mac Mini

The M1 Spec's say 2 Displays, one on the HDMI port and one on a USB-C port.

A Thunderbolt display won't work from HDMI, no matter what adapters you use. The M1 Mac mini supports only one display from its USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 ports, so there is no way to use more than one Thunderbolt display. Diasy-chaining displays won't work, either.

I would change 1) to HDMI>MDP cable... you don't need two adapters
