Airbnb issue with Apple Pay

I used Apple Pay to purchase through airbnb, then canceled the trip. According to airbnb they issued a refund on December 11th, but I didn’t receive it on my account. The only payment I have set up on my wallet is my bank card. Where is my refund? Attached is the receipt and tracking number from airbnb. Thank you in advanced.
