I have Apple Music on my MacBook Pro. How can I add it to my I Pod Touch? Does it require a new subscription for my I Pod Touch?

I have music on my phone that I bought from iTunes years ago. Is it possible for me to use my music that I already purchased on the Home Pod mini?
