Can you update the app store app? And how? (Macbook pro 2015 Sierra v.10.12.6)

Macbook Pro (early 2015) my app store (app) v 2.2.1 (583) keeps crashing. It is not the internet. Already reset it, shut it off, force to quit. I want to know if I can erase it and re download it or update it.

I am trying for 2 days to update to High Sierra and I cant.

The app store doesn't work. It takes forever to react or it doesn't reacts at all and I have to force to quit it. I search OS High Sierra and it is not there to update, I click on "features" and it goes numb with white background, the updates for Keynote/Pages/Numbers are not compatible. It is a mess!! Please help!

My country region is Spain, but I live in The Netherlands (idk if this info has something to do with it)

I am not Tech savage (obvs)

We understand that you're experiencing issues with using the App Store, and upgrading your device. We'd like to share some guidance that can help. Get started with isolating the App Store issue here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

You can also use macOS recovery to upgrade to the latest software compatible with your device. Here's how: How to reinstall macOS

Take care!
