What are the units of the hourly precipitation graph on the Apple Weather app?

there is no labels for the Y axis.

your answer is meaningless. If the scale is inches is each horizontal line one inch? If each vertical line is the rain expected in that time frame does it mean that we should expect a couple of feet of rain in the next hour? Please have some who understands how a graph works fix this or just remove it.

Dfdinnc. Thanks for the response. I’m afraid this is graph is meaningless. Or at least who ever put it together never took the time to explain what it was showing.

When this first popped up on my weather widget I thought, “oh this is really cool. An hourly forecast. “ But when I looked at it closer I noticed I wasn’t looking at anything but undefined shapes on a screen.
