Invalid credentials when signing in to apps using Apple ID

When signing in to third-party apps using Apple ID I get an “invalid credentials” error (or something similar, depending on which app I use). The app shows up in the “Apps using Apple ID” setting, but I’m unable to log on.

On apps that I’ve previously signed on using Apple ID with a previous iPhone works however.
