I have an iPad Air 4 which I got on 25th of December. The top of the screen continues to pop out from the blue rim of the iPad. (Blue because it is the colour of my iPad). I have tried push it in and it only may stay there for an hour or two but then pops back out again. Do you think I need my screen replaced ??

Either contact Apple Support at the top, right-hand corner of every Webpage of this support area
OR
Do an Internet search and locate your nearest, “local” Apple Store location and call contact the store and make an appointment to visit to get a replacement iPad.
That appears to be a manufacturing defect.
Make sure you have a complete backup of all your important data from that iPad, if you do not wish to lose anything.
Either backup to a full computer or Apple iCloud.
Then erase everything off of this iPad before returning it to Apple.
