macOS Big Sur is very buggy and glitchy on my 2020 intel MacBook Air

Since I've updated to macOS Big Sur I've noticed that my MacBook started having a lot of glitches, bugs, heat problems etc

For example, minimizing an app into the dock is very glitchy, the animation isn't smooth at all, nowhere near to how it used to be on Catalina.

My MacBook also activates it's fans every time from simple tasks like google and stuff like that..

Does anyone know why? And is there a way to fix it?

I tried reseting the SMC and nvram but non of them helped.
