i have the new M1 Macbook Pro and my top usb-c port has stopped working. It isn't even charging the laptop. however when i shut down the macbook, close the lid and plug in the charger, i hear the charging chime. it also isnt reading any device.
I have tried the 30 seconds shut down + closing the lid solution and have also tried safe boot. Neither of the solution worked. Can anyone please help me
