Is that possible to record video with system audio without any plugins/kexts???

you can use the internal mic, but the audio quality will be very poor. there also would be a need to make sure there's NO ambient noise. and, it's funny that your post has a soundflower screenshot included. it's EXACTLY the kext i have been using successfully for quite some time.
