Warranty issue - Purchase date not valid

hello there,

i am a new user of macbook,i purchase a 2017 macbook pro at 2019,from the begening when i check the warranty status i have seen purchase date not validated,when i tried to apply manualy ,apple website said unable to process right now try again later. i have seen my friends laptop showed the same thing.

please let me know whats the issue. And how can i solve it
