iPhone 12 cannot pair with Homewerks Bathroom BT Speakers

I am having the same issue with mine and my wife’s IPhone 12. Tried everything as suggested through troubleshooting. If anything comes from Homewerks please let me know. Morning music isn’t the same when I have to use the iPhone speaker alone😒

I’ve been having the same issue with my homewerks Bluetooth speaker since I switched from iPhone 8 + to iPhone 12 .

What’s funny though , we have an old iPhone 11 and the speaker does work / connect to that phone, but we do need to connect our new phones to the speaker.

we are looking to replace our speaker which we bought from Home Depot

I’ve been playing phone tag with homework’s regarding a replacement fan for my unit as well. Based on the delay in response I’m assuming they are overwhelmed with calls. I’m trying to attach the image of the unit I have for reference. 110 CFM, round, white. Purchased from Home Depot.

But it finds it it just won’t pair. If the versions of Bluetooth were incompatible wouldn’t it just not see it at all?

Hmm. I tried to test your theory to see if I got the same error message when I tried to pair to my computer but I was able to pair my phone to my computer just fine.

Yes Apple needs to fix this ASAP. I spent $1000 on new iPhone 12 Pro Max and can’t use my Homewerks bath speaker with it. Everyone else’s phones connect but mine ( it’s my house)....

I called Homewerks they told me it’s an Apple problem not theirs.

show me the replacement model they sent you and I will follow up with Homewerks

Yes, it does. Spending this much on this darn phone and it doesn't work we should be told upfront. I'm waiting on the fix well.

Samsung offered me $700 for my iphone 12 mini so I am switching.

Galaxy s21 here I come.

Is there any update that you’ve gotten from Homewerks or Apple?

Having a bathroom fan that’s in essence obsolete wasn’t on my radar screen - we only installed these 2 in June.

I literally Just tried my 12 and it won’t pair with it but the other iPhones and iPad will. Dumb.
