My wireless keyboard for my mac will only work when it is plugged in. It is turned on and when i looked at it, you can see the battery life at 100% but with a lighting bolt thru it.
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

I had to charge my keyboard for over 12 hours to get it to work again.
