blurry pictures, gifs cropped

hello!!

so i’ve had my iphone 11 for 4 months now. i noticed that when i save pictures from like google or twitter they always are super blurry. i always have to screenshot it instead. i also noticed when i send gifs thru imessage, they are showed cropped. i had icloud off and turned it on yesterday, but it still is doing the same thing. screenshot below is one my friend took and is what everyone sees with my gifs and second is the blurry photos. anyone know how to fix it?
