Hi, I have an up-to-date iPhone 13 mini (iOS 15.5). When I update my photo in iMessage, it will begin at a clear photo, but at some point becomes blurry. When I update the photo, I usually update it “everywhere”, however, it only appears blurry in iMessage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe you have low quality image mode turned on.
Settings > Message > Low Quality Image Mode [Disable]
