LEGIT EMAIL?

I received an email this morning from Apple Distribution International Lt, Hollyhill Industrial Estates, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. It said that my iCloud ID has been locked for security reasons. If I don't verify account in 12 hours since receiving the email my Apple account will be suspended and will no longer be able to access.

So I verified the info thinking the email was really from Apple. But felt a bit uneasy afterwards and changed my Apple account password. Was this email legit? I'm getting worried. Should I suspend my credit card? Please help.

That was not a "legit" Apple email. Review the "Gain Control of your Apple ID" steps in If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.

Without knowing what financial credentials you entered, I would recommend that you suspend your credit card.
