2020 MacBook Pro Grainy Camera

So I have searched the web to no end and found countless threads on this very subject. I received a 2020 MBP for a Christmas gift so I could pass my 2015 along to my son for school. In a time when webcams are being used likely more than EVER, and after my partner spending a substantial amount of money on this (like the rest of you)... I am SHOCKED that there is apparently no solution to this problem via a software update or otherwise. I am simply here to find out if I have missed something somewhere or what. Glad I have a Genius Bar appointment this coming Thursday for a few other things, because based on this debacle, I'll be returning this at that time. My HP for work blows this in the dirt.
