Use the support app on your device and chat with an apple rep, call apple or go to an apple store. If this is a manufacturing defect it will be covered under the 1 year warranty. If it’s not and it’s past it’s warranty and you have AppleCare+ there most likely will be a deductible. But it starts with you troubleshooting with apple first.
