Shortcut keys to move emails in Big Sur

Up until the update of Mail that's come with Big Sur, I've been able to set up a toolbar consisting of favourite mailboxes in Mail and use ctr-cmd-[number key] to move emails into the relevant mailbox once read & actioned. That toolbar has disappeared with Big Sur. Does anyone know how to restore it, or whether there is any other way to set up keyboard shortcuts to move emails to a given mailbox?
