Macbook Air 2020 Screen Flickers when fullscreen (Safari & Apple TV)

On July/2020 I've bought my MacBook Air 2020. On the day it arrived I had experienced that the screen was flickering/flashing when watching videos on fullscreen. I called apple, and they sent to me the standard procedures which did not work.

After searching online by myself, the solution to change the size of the mice cursor, presented at this reddit thread: (https://www.reddit.com/r/macbook/comments/b1thvt/help_netflix_flicker_on_full_screen/) worked for me until last Mac update, where now Safari and Apple TV are flickering again on fullscreen.

I have done all the following procedures:

SMC reset.

NVRAM reset. 

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

Safe mode. 

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac

Why is this still happening?
