Apple TV 4K HDCP Netflix, Prime, Disney don’t work regualy

Hi,

I had a Apple TV HD and switched now to the Apple TV 4k. Nothing else changed. With the new Apple TV 4k it appears that most of the time I’m not able to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney over the Apple TV with the installed Apps. I have also a Sonos Beam connected via HDMI ARC cable.

After the same setting worked with the Apple TV HD I changed: Interrouter (got a new one from my Internetprovider), changed the HDMI cable from Apple TV to TV.

The only thing that is helping if it dosen’t show streams, is to disconnect all cable from the Apple TV (Ethernet cable, HDMI cable and power cable, and on the Internet-router to change the slot where the Ethernet-cable is pluged in.

Start all new and it works.

But this is very inconvenient.

Apple TV Support says it is no Apple TV issue, because Apple Streaming is working.

Netflix and Prime are saying that it is not their issue either, because on other devices in the same enviroment it works. And the TV manufacture claims it is an issue between Apple TV and HDCP.

Any idea how to fix this? I really think of going back to a Apple TV HD device. :(
