I am having problems with my mid 2014 15.4" Macbook Pro
I came back from my little brother using my laptop and there are a variety of colors that are now on my screen and they wont go away.

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
