Creating an Apple Music profile not working

I’m trying to create a Apple Music profile (I do have a subscription to Apple Music via a family plan) but when I go into the Listen Now tab and click on my account icon, all that comes up is ‘Redeem Gift Card or Code, ‘Notifications’ ‘Apps with Access’ and ‘View Apple ID’. Nothing shows up about creating a profile or seeing what friends are listening to. I have looked up how several times but I can never find an answer. I also have seen things about making sure that iCloud Library is enabled but that option does not show up in my settings. I attached screenshots of what I see when I go into the ‘Listen Now’ section of Apple Music.

Please help me understand how to do this. Thank you!
