Error 14

5 Jan 2021 and this error is still happening!

With all of my searches, I could not find one answer. My friends iPhone is practically empty because she does not know how to use it, but it will not finish updating and will not restore.

Has Apple done nothing about this yet?

See this:

If you see error 14 when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support

Thank you for trying to help. All devices are up-to-date, have a lot of available storage and anything else they say you should do has been done.

I will try contacting Apple again.
