2020 MBP Battery Life

My 2020 MBP has only 114 cycle counts and is telling me that service is recommended on my battery, is this a faulty battery?

Hi,

Resetting SMC could solve battery related issues, if your MacBook Pro is Intel model.

and run Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related battery(PPT001 to PPT007)
