The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I am unable to access my iTunes since yesterday. It states "because it is being updated."

How can we fix that?

Reboot your Mac. If need be reboot into Safe Mode. If you're running El Capitan through High Sierra you could download and reinstall iTunes 12.8.2.3.
