I gave my old I pad to my sister. I removed all content. Now she is not able to set it up. Keeps saying it wants a password. Now saying disabled and connect to iTunes. This does not work either..

It's not locked and Shows iPad is disabled! Connect to iTunes. This won't worked because I wiped everything off the iPad so my sister could start fresh.
