UPS delivered empty package, iPad ordered has been stolen

UPS iPad Does anyone know if an iPad that has been shipped via UPS from Apple, subsequently stolen by someone at UPS, can be tracked by Apple if it has been activated? Nobody at UPS seems to know where my item is, and I suspect theft.

Pretty sure UPS stole my iPhone I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro and it says delivered but isn't there. Normally all packages go to my apartment management office, so I wasn't too worried about having to grab it on time but now I'm scared the delivery guy just threw it in my mailroom (where a LOT of stuff goes missing). Also searched and saw some threads about UPS stealing packages too. What can I do about this? Can I ask Apple to trace it or something? I know you can trace it if you're logged into your Apple ID/iCloud but it's obviously not logged in since I just bought it... and I don't think Apple puts my iCloud account in for me, do they? Am I SOL?

Lost package I order the iphone 13 pro 512G, on Dec 26 , they said the UPS Delivered at night, and have the ID Verified, but the point is I stay home all day, no one come to my house , how can they ID verified, then I call UPS and Apple, the keep saying they cant do anything very sorry , they are irresponsible, REALLY?, I am customer, PAID the phone and didnt get anything and no refund??Like what is the difference between robbery and robbery??I called both unit right now , still No one can help............I am very disappointed with Apple, if someone Know, please tell me
