My iPhone 11 wont turn on, stuck on boot loop

My iphone is stuck on boot loop mode and now I think I have put it into recovery mode as now when I hard restart it, the support.apple.com/iphone/restore screen only comes up. My itunes will not update my software as "The iphone could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (14) message pops up.

Please help, I am hours away from an Apple store and they dont even have any appointments this week. I have never dropped my phone in liquid and it is not damaged.
