Trade in kit

I just received my iPhone 12 Pro Max today and I had bought this phone with the plan to trade in my XR. I received an email saying how to prepare my iPhone for trade in and when I received my new iPhone today there was no trade in kit. When I go to my email to track the trade in kit - the button is grayed out and does not allow me to track the trade - in kit.

how do I know when I will receive the trade in kit? I do not want to be charged for a delay.
