Apple ID locked

I received a text saying my Apple ID was locked from a phone number. It seemed suspicious so I am wondering if it actually is

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Fake. Apple does not text or email about account issues. Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
