Extremely High Screen Time

I got a notification that my screen time has averaged to 24 hours this week (definitely not true), and it showed that whenever I was on my laptop, this weird website "mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com" was accessed constantly.

Additionally, it shows that I've been using my laptop during hours where it shows that no apps were accessed.

Is there any way to stop this from happening? Please help.

The first picture shows the general screen time, second shows for the weird unknown website, and third shows the app I've actually been using.

Hello Aya_z,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities! We understand that your Mac is reporting a higher than expected use of Screen Time. We'd be happy to help point you towards a resolution.

From the provided screenshots, it looks like the usage may be related to a Gmail account running in the background either in Safari or Google Chrome. Test if there's any change with usage from "mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com" when you quit out of both Safari and Chrome:

You may also want to see if the behavior persists after turning off extensions and removing Internet plug-ins or add-ons in Safari:

Take care.
