How can I add steps on the app to see it displayed in rings if I forgto the watch but took the phone?

The rings dont show on my iphone fit app unfortunately. The steps I see on the iphone app - but I want the progress to be captured in that programm as well so I get my badges and everything! :-)
So I would love to translate the iphone step data onto the rings! How do I do that?
If you forgot the Watch, you noticed something is missing on your wrist.
You can check the Rings on your iPhone's Fitness app.
You can see your steps on your iPhone's Health app
You can't add rings.
On you watch just open the activity app and you'll see your steps
