Google Meet Share Screen Blurry to Students from M1 Mac Mini With LG 5K Monitor

When I share my screen from a Google Meet to my students from my 2020 Mac mini with Big Sur, they see a very blurry, pixelated image and can't make out what my screen is displaying. I'm using wifi with an LG 5K monitor. When I use the same monitor, same wifi, and same thunderbolt cable from my 2018 MacBook pro to share the Google Meet screen with my students, it's perfectly clear. I'm using Chrome for Mac on the Mac mini and Chrome for Intel on the MacBook Pro. I'm trying to narrow down the problem and I can't figure out if the problem is that Chrome is still not playing nice with either Big Sur or with the M1 chip on the Mac Mini. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out a solution? Thanks.

Mac mini 2018 or later
