How to change my region and I need to use the same email account for apple id?


now I have a big issue with my i cloud and any order I need to buy it online with my region and I have 0.15 cents remaining in my balance, I can’t use it and also I can’t change my region

so please I need help to clear this 0.15 cents or change my region to oman country

You are not talking directly to Apple representatives here. We are just fellow Apple-product users and there is nothing we can do to help you with this. You will need to contact Apple for further assistance with this matter.


To remove an iTunes/App Store balance, go to iTunes Support - Apple Support or iTunes Support World-wide and request that they zero it out.
