Did anyone ever get a real, working solution to this problem? Aside from a complete reset, that is. I’ve seen several threads on it but no answer.
Screen saver is just black. Changing from aerial to photos and back again doesn’t work.
I know how to turn on the screen savers. I know how to use screen savers. I know how to change them.
They don't work, as I previously described. The links don't help in any way. The links tell me this:

I have this same problem... only screensaver that works is aerial... all others are broken and do not work... the app can access the material but will not display as an actual screensaver... when you try to preview... would love a fix but guess you and me and like 5 others are the only ones who want to see their own photos. Obviously this fix is not a priority for apple.
Yeah, it’s frustrating. Apple simply doesn’t care about how poorly some of their hardware and software works. iTunes was always a prime example of this.
Every now and then I can get one of the other screen savers to work for a bit, like the nature photos, but then it just goes back to a blank screen.
Right now the only thing I can get to work is either aerial - and it’s always the same city - or Earth, from space. And that is always the same shot of western Siberia heading towards the Korean Peninsula, then Japan. That’s it.
