If you mean music from an Apple Music subscription, log into Apple Music on another device or a computer with iTunes/Music. Use the same Apple ID you used before.

If you mean purchased music, re-download it: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

If you mean music from your personal collection, you cannot recover anything from a broken phone. You should still have copies on your computer which you used to sync it there in the first place.
