Show my caller ID endlessly loading - spinning wheel

Show my caller ID endlessly loading - spinning wheel, not sure if it's a problem with my carrier today as I haven't had this issue before, I've managed to turn it off & though to share it with you.

I initiated a call & then went to settings & the green bar showed & I managed to set it to off.

Other things I tried which didn't work is putting the phone into aeroplane mode & back on again, closing all apps & opening settings again.

Initiating a call, I just used a large companies phone number such as 1800 numbers then did it, you could just call your own number as well.

Thank you for your response.

Please re-read my original post.

I am not asking for help here, I've already resolved the issue, I was sharing the resolution to this problem.

I had to work from home & needed to have my private mobile number as hidden when I called clients for that day.

When I set it to off, with my workaround in my original post, the called ID was private & not shown, when I set it back to on it shows my mobile number again.

I tested it & it worked.

What do the recipients of your calls see? "No Caller ID"

I am sure no, they must be seeing your number. If they are seeing "No Caller ID", then contact your carrier immediately.

This Caller ID issue needs to be addressed by the Cellular Service Provider not Phone Manufacturers (Any brand for that matter)

If you are a VIP they (Cellular Service Provider) will enable it for you to toggle it On and OFF, so that your number is not flashed when you call someone.
