Problems with dual monitors on MacBook Pro M1

Hello, I have just bought a MacBook Pro M1. I have bought a Thunderbolt hub CalDigit at AppleStore to run dual external monitors, but only 1 is detected. Anyone have the same problem? Also, when connecting both HDMI cables, the one monitor detected is blurry.

"If you're using a Mac with Apple silicon [= M1], you can connect a single external display to your Mac using one of the Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports. Docks don't increase the number of displays you can connect as an extended desktop."

From: Use multiple displays with your Mac - https://support.apple.com/HT202351

The product description for CalDigit Thunderbolt 3 Mini Dock - Apple does say, "External dual display support requires a Mac with an Intel processor" though one has to know that a M1 Mac does not have an Intel processor.

For consideration:

Apple Store (US) Sales and Refund Policy - http://www.apple.com/shop/help/returns_refund - "You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it."
