Screen recording permissions not communicating to zoom

When I try to share my screen in zoom I am prompted to "Allow Zoom to share screen" by going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and granting access. However, when I go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy, zoom is granted access to Camera, Microphone, Accessibility, Full Disk Access, and Screen Recording. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling zoom multiple times. I have also tried restarting my computer. I don't *think* this is a zoom issue but rather a Mac OS issue for the following reasonings:

1) This issue began when I updated to Big Sur. I was able to screen share just fine when I was running Catalina.

2) I have no trouble screen sharing on my iOS devices with zoom using the same zoom account.

3) I have no trouble screen sharing on my husband's iMac (when logged into my zoom account) which is running Mojave.

I am seeing this issue on both my MacBook Pro and my iMac Pro.

Being able to screen share is pretty critical for me to do my job at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14
