Blur, stain on the back of Iphone after using case

Hello. I was using case (spigen) for about 3 months on my Iphone. After I took it off I noticed a stain or blur on the back of phone.

Does anyone had the same problem and solved it? How can I clean it? Or is there something what I can do about it?

Discoloring/dust at the back of my iphone So i have bought a brand new iPhone XR white , after only 1 day i have noticed at the back between the glass and the aluminium a discolorisation and dirt inside. I have kept the iPhone in an official Apple clean case and when i took it off i noticed the problem. I am also very careful with the Phone, my friend has the same one for 6 months without a case and she does not have this problem. I am a little bit sad because i paid lots money for it. (Edit) I noticed that everyday the dirt and discolourisation getting worse I still have warranty So what is a solution?

Support team is saying it’s a user issue when it is very clear that it’s an issue with the product/manufacturing. Case ID 101607706484. Please resolve.

Paint can soak up pigment. Is that it?

Can’t recommend anything but a dry cloth but what would you try if your car paintwork had a blemish?
