I use a late 2012 iMac 21.5 with High Sierra 10.13.6. I cannot install 2020 Turbox Tax Home and Business without an MAC 10.14 or higher OS. The App Store Mojave upgrade is damaged and cannot be used. Will a Catalina upgrade on my IMAC solve the problem??

Your iMac can be upgraded to Catalina 10.15.7 but no higher. To do that, see instructions in How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support
