Hello Batlo_0,

It appears that you’re having a problem importing your photos and videos from your iPhone to your Windows 10 PC. Your PC provides an error message that your iPhone isn’t reachable, and we're glad to provide assistance.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support -- Make sure that your iPhone is up to date. The current iOS version is 14.3. If your iPhone isn't updated, be sure to create a backup before you begin: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Update Windows 10 -- Make sure that your PC is updated as well. Check Start > Settings > System > About, and view the "Windows specifications". It should be on version 2004 or version 20H2 or later.

Update to the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support -- Make sure that iTunes is also updated and that you used the Microsoft Store instead of Apple. If you installed iTunes from Apple, you'll need to remove iTunes following the steps here: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support. Once iTunes has been removed, you can use the previous link to install iTunes again from the Microsoft Store.

Use Camera settings on iPhone - Apple Support -- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Camera > Formats. If you have High Efficiency selected, you'll also need HEIF Image and HEVC Video Extensions from Microsoft. You can find these here: Get HEIF Image Extensions - Microsoft Store and Buy HEVC Video Extensions - Microsoft Store.

Once you've confirmed that everything is set up correctly, restart your iPhone and PC while your iPhone is connected and see if you're able to import your photos again.

Cheers!
