I created a note and put a lot of important data in it and put the Face ID to unlock and lock, a few months later by mistake instead of adding an alternative look I initialized the Face ID and now I can't unlock at night, it asks me for the password that I have never entered

ok thanks, is there any way to unlock the notes? or to export the nights or files?
Without the password m the notes will remain locked forever.
